The primary role of each Arrow team member is to serve as an agent to our talent. By knowing each candidate as a person – recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, knowing their soft and hard skills, aware of their goals, wants and needs – we’re able to determine the positions where they will be most successful.
The final objective is to create the perfect “match” of employee to job – a win/win situation for both parties. The right job can be found by being an agent to our employee; the perfect employee can be placed if we know and serve our clients. Through a better understanding of our clients needs, recruiting becomes more easily targeted and focused on the skills and personalities needed to fill each position.
